What is a Casse-Croute?

Casse-Croute means a light meal in French. Casse-Croutes are popular in Montreal, some are diners, roadside poutine and burger stands. 

Vert Casse-Croute is a gourmet version, with smoked meat and vegan options. We will be opening in early 2020, stay tuned for more updates and opening news.
